The "Livia" three-room apartment offers a terrace with a splendid view, furnished in Sardinian style, and is located on the first floor in a quiet residence located a few steps from the centre of Badesi with restaurants, bars, and playground.

It has 1 large terrace that offers a panoramic view towards Castelsardo and the Gulf of Asinara, ideal for total relaxation with a glass of a good Vermentino DOC from Gallura.

In order for your reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required, we will send you the account number when you create your provisional reservation in the booking calendar. The deposit must be sent within 3 working days of creating a binding reservation, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation policy:
More than 30 days before arrival: refund of booking deposit.
30 days - 15 days before arrival 30% of the total price
15 days - 7 days before arrival 50% of the total price
7 days - 0 days before arrival 100% of the total price
Check-in: arrival from 4pm to 8pm.
Check-out: departure by 10:00 am. Possibility of delivery and return on any day of the week.
The price already includes consumption (electricity, water, gas).
