The front sea apartment offers all the comforts you need for a perfect holiday. You can enjoy a spectacular sea view from the balcony of the house in total relaxation in front of a glass of wine.
The “Fronte Mare” three-room apartment has a living room with kitchenette (oven, microwave, fridge), double bedroom, second bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. It is equipped with washing machine, air conditioning and TV. The distance from the sandy beach “Li Femini” is only 30 meters.
In order for your reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required, we will send you the account number when you create your provisional reservation in the booking calendar. The deposit must be sent within 3 working days of creating a binding reservation, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation policy:
More than 30 days before arrival: refund of booking deposit.
30 days - 15 days before arrival 30% of the total price
15 days - 7 days before arrival 50% of the total price
7 days - 0 days before arrival 100% of the total price
Check-in: arrival from 4pm to 8pm.
Check-out: departure by 10:00 am. Possibility of delivery and return on any day of the week.
The price already includes consumption (electricity, water, gas).

Final cleaning: 60,00 €
Security deposit: €100.00, refundable after checking the apartment.
Tourist tax: €2.00/ 1 night/ 1 person aged 10 and over (max 10 nights)
