Alghero is also called "little Barcelona" and its historic centre is one of the most interesting and fascinating in Northern Sardinia. This picturesque tourist destination offers beautiful beaches with fine white sand. A few kilometres from the city is the Nuragic Village of Palmavera and the famous Neptune's Grotto, and many other places that deserve to be visited.
The Lido three-room apartment is furnished in a simple but welcoming style and is located on the third floor in a building a few steps from Lido di Alghero.
It consists of: living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with 4 gas burners, 2 spacious bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (bathtub, bidet and WC), balcony, 1 small closet.
It is equipped with a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and 2 air conditioners.
The distance from the sandy beach is 200 metres, and it is 300 metres from the supermarket. In fact, the flat is highly sought after by families because of its strategic location.
In order for your reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required, we will send you the account number when you create your provisional reservation in the booking calendar. The deposit must be sent within 3 working days of creating a binding reservation, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation policy:
More than 30 days before arrival: refund of booking deposit.
30 days - 15 days before arrival 30% of the total price
15 days - 7 days before arrival 50% of the total price
7 days - 0 days before arrival 100% of the total price
Check-in: arrival from 4pm to 8pm.
Check-out: departure by 10:00 am. Possibility of delivery and return on any day of the week.
The price already includes consumption (electricity, water, gas).

Security deposit: €100.00, refundable after checking the apartment.
Tourist tax: €2.00/ 1 night/ 1 person aged 10 and over (max 10 nights)
Optional additional costs to be paid on site:
Cot to be booked, weekly price €30.00. For cot brought by the customer, no supplement.
Bed linen and towels: €15,00/1 person
Check-out: departure before 10.00 am. Handover and return are possible on any day of the week.

Local tax: €2.00/ 1 night/ 1 person (excluded kids under 10 yo), max 10 nights
