Isola Rossa is a small fishing village on the Costa Rossa that charms with its unspoilt natural beauty and enchanting sunsets. Its fine white sandy beaches make it a favourite destination for families and couples seeking relaxation and privacy.
"Conchiglia" two-room apartment, furnished in Mediterranean style and located on the ground floor of a recently built villa, equipped with: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer, living room with sofa bed (can be used as a single bed, or it also becomes a double bed), kitchenette with 4 gas rings, oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and TV with digital terrestrial.
It has 2 terraces: a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs for eating outside, and a second one with a wooden veranda furnished as a relaxation area (pallet sofas, hammock, artificial grass).
Free parking in front of the house.
The distance from the sandy beach is 250 metres.
In order for your reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required, we will send you the account number when you create your provisional reservation in the booking calendar. The deposit must be sent within 3 working days of creating a binding reservation, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation policy:
More than 30 days before arrival: refund of booking deposit.
30 days - 15 days before arrival 30% of the total price
15 days - 7 days before arrival 50% of the total price
7 days - 0 days before arrival 100% of the total price
Check-in: arrival from 4pm to 8pm.
Check-out: departure by 10:00 am. Possibility of delivery and return on any day of the week.
The price already includes consumption (electricity, water, gas).

Security deposit: €100.00, refundable after checking the apartment.
Tourist tax: €2.00/ 1 night/ 1 person aged 10 and over (max 10 nights)
Optional additional costs to be paid on site:
Cot to be booked, weekly price €30.00. For cot brought by the customer, no supplement.
Bed linen and towels: €15,00/1 person

Security deposit: €100.00, refundable after the apartment has been checked
Local tax: €2.00/ 1 night/ 1 person (excluded kids under 10 yo), max 10 nights

Cot to be booked, weekly price €30.00. For a cot brought by the customer, no additional fee.
Extra bed: to be booked, weekly price €50.00.
Bed linen and towels: €15.00 per person per change.
Pets: small pets allowed, with extra cleaning payment.
