This recently renovated two-room apartment, furnished in a modern and elegant style, offers all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday. Being on the semi-basement floor it is always cool with a pleasant temperature.
Its strong point is its proximity to the Long Beach of Isola Rossa (only 50 metres away).
It consists of a large living room with kitchenette (oven, hob) and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle, WC, bidet.

In order for your reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required, we will send you the account number when you create your provisional reservation in the booking calendar. The deposit must be sent within 3 working days of creating a binding reservation, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation policy:
More than 30 days before arrival: refund of booking deposit.
30 days - 15 days before arrival 30% of the total price
15 days - 7 days before arrival 50% of the total price
7 days - 0 days before arrival 100% of the total price
Check-in: arrival from 4pm to 8pm.
Check-out: departure by 10:00 am. Possibility of delivery and return on any day of the week.
The price already includes consumption (electricity, water, gas).

Security deposit: €100.00, refundable after checking the apartment.
Tourist tax: €2.00/ 1 night/ 1 person aged 10 and over (max 10 nights)
