What data we process and why
- Contact form — name, e-mail, optionally phone and the content of your message. Purpose: responding to your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Accommodation booking — first name, last name, e-mail, phone, stay dates and message. Purpose: handling the booking and related communication. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Retention period
Contact form messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle the communication, at most 2 years. Booking data is kept for the period required by law (accounting and tax legislation).
Data sharing
We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes. Processors may include providers of technical services (web hosting, e-mail).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. Please direct requests to info@sardaterrahouses.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
