To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required; we will send you the account number when you create a preliminary reservation in the booking calendar. The deposit must be sent within 3 working days of creating a binding reservation, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
Cancellation policy:
Check-in: accommodation and key handover between 16:00 – 20:00.
Check-out: departure no later than 11:00.
If needed, a different arrival and departure time can be arranged.

Arrival information is sent by e-mail one week before arrival.
Mandatory fees payable on site:
Security deposit: 100.00 €; the deposit is refundable after inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
Optional fees:
Baby cot on request, weekly price € 30.00.
Bed linen (sheets and towels): € 15.00 per person. Free of charge if you bring your own.
