The great advantage of this apartment is its proximity to a beach of fine white sand (200 metres) and a large terrace where you can sit back with a glass of wine.
Located on the first floor of a newly built residence, it has a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
It is equipped with TV, air conditioning, oven and washing machine.

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required; we will send you the bank account details when you create a preliminary booking in the booking calendar. The deposit must be paid within 3 working days of creating a binding booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically.
Cancellation policy:
Check-in: accommodation and key handover between 16:00 – 20:00.
Check-out: departure by 11:00 at the latest.
If needed, a different arrival or departure time can be arranged.

Arrival information is sent by e-mail one week before arrival.
Mandatory fees payable on site:
Security deposit: 100,00 €, refundable after inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
Optional fees:
Baby cot on request, weekly price € 30,00.
Bed linen (sheets and towels): € 15,00 per person. Free of charge if you bring your own.
