Su Marconi Home in Alghero offers cosy accommodation in a typical Sardinian style. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available. The apartment also features a private courtyard with a pergola and outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing or spending the evening outside. A supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias and a bakery are just 200 metres from the apartment. The historic centre is an 8-minute walk away. Free parking is available on the street or in a free car park about 350 metres from the house.

Alghero

Alghero is a charming seaside town in the north-west of Sardinia which, despite its growing popularity, retains a peaceful atmosphere and a unique character. The town is known for its Catalan past, reflected in its architecture, local traditions and language – to this day you can still hear Catalan spoken and see bilingual signs. The historic centre is surrounded by massive walls with towers and bastions, offering beautiful views of the sea and the sunsets. The narrow lanes of the old town are lined with stone houses, small coral shops and family-run restaurants serving fresh fish, lobster and other Sardinian specialities.

Alghero is an ideal place for those who want to combine the atmosphere of a historic town with relaxation by the sea. Several beaches with fine sand and crystal-clear water are close by, such as the popular Spiaggia del Lido or the romantic Maria Pia beach surrounded by pine trees. Not far from the town lies the Capo Caccia nature reserve, with its dramatic limestone cliffs and the famous Neptune’s Grotto, accessible by boat or via a steep staircase carved into the rock.

Thanks to its pleasant climate, excellent gastronomy and rich history, Alghero is a place that easily wins visitors’ hearts. Welcoming and authentic, it offers a combination of culture, nature and relaxation, and remains one of the loveliest towns in the entire Mediterranean.

Booking terms

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required; we will send you the bank account details when you create a preliminary booking in the booking calendar. The deposit must be paid within 3 working days of creating a binding booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically.

Cancellation policy:

More than 30 days before arrival: booking deposit refunded

30 – 15 days before arrival: 30 % of the total price

15 – 7 days before arrival: 50 % of the total price

7 – 0 days before arrival: 100 % of the total price

Check-in: accommodation and key handover between 16:00 – 20:00.

Check-out: departure by 11:00 at the latest.

If needed, a different arrival or departure time can be arranged.

Utilities (electricity, water, gas), final cleaning and bed linen are already included in the price.

Arrival information is sent by e-mail one week before arrival.

Mandatory fees payable on site:

Tourist tax: 2,00 €/person over 10 years/night (max 10 nights)

Security deposit: 100,00 €, refundable after inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
