This modern apartment occupies the first and top floors of a recently built (2018) residence and is equipped with every comfort.
It is laid out over two levels and features an open-plan, double-height living room, a kitchenette and a large terrace. On the lower floor there are two of the four double bedrooms, both with a large terrace and their own bathroom.
The upper floor, reached via a small staircase to the left of the living area, has a small hallway giving access to the other two bedrooms. On the right is the larger one, fitted with built-in wardrobes and featuring a fir-wood ceiling with exposed beams.
On the other side is the last double bedroom, also with exposed beams and a window overlooking the islet of Isola Rossa.

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required; the bank account details will be sent to you when you create a preliminary booking in the booking calendar. The deposit must be paid within 3 working days of creating a binding booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically.
Cancellation policy:
Check-in: accommodation and key handover between 16:00 and 20:00.
Check-out: departure no later than 11:00.
If needed, a different arrival or departure time can be arranged.

Mandatory fees payable on site:
Security deposit: 100.00 €, refundable after inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
Optional fees:
Baby cot on request, weekly price € 30.00.
Bed linen (sheets and towels): € 15.00 per person. Free of charge if you bring your own.
