This modern loft is located in a newly built residential neighbourhood and is equipped with every comfort.
The apartment is laid out over two floors: a living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower enclosure, bidet and WC, two furnished living terraces on the first floor, and an open second floor with a double bed, reached via the stairs leading from the living room. The apartment is air-conditioned.
The beach is approximately 250 metres away.
Isola Rossa is a small fishing village on the Costa Rossa that captivates with the unspoilt beauty of its nature and enchanting sunsets. With its fine white sandy beaches, it is a favourite destination for families and couples seeking relaxation and privacy.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required; the bank account details will be sent to you when you create a preliminary booking in the booking calendar. The deposit must be paid within 3 working days of creating a binding booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically.
Cancellation policy:
Check-in: accommodation and key handover between 16:00 and 20:00.
Check-out: departure no later than 11:00.
If needed, a different arrival or departure time can be arranged.

Arrival information is sent by e-mail one week before arrival.
Mandatory fees payable on site:
Security deposit: 100.00 €, refundable after inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
Optional fees:
Baby cot on request, weekly price € 30.00.
Bed linen (sheets and towels): € 15.00 per person. Free of charge if you bring your own.
