My name is Ing. Tereza Vacovská and I have been working in tourism and real estate in Italy for more than 20 years. I hold a bachelor's degree in Tourism Management and a master's degree in European Diplomacy.
My goal is to make buying or renting a property in Italy a safe, carefree and clear process for my clients, from the first contact to the handover of the keys. Thanks to many years of experience, excellent knowledge of the Italian environment and cooperation with trusted lawyers, notaries and real estate agencies, I offer comprehensive services of a high professional standard.
I speak fluent Czech, Italian, English, French and Slovak. I am not only a real estate agent but also an official translator and interpreter registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Sassari, which allows me to provide clients not only with interpreting throughout the purchase or rental process, but also with certified translations of documents and specialist language support when dealing with Italian authorities, banks, notaries and developers.
I regularly attend professional training courses to keep an up-to-date overview of legislative changes in Italy and developments on the European property market. I have also passed the state examination at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in real estate brokerage and cross-border trade, making me an officially licensed real estate agent in Italy.
What sets me apart from many of my Italian colleagues is above all my exceptional language skills and deep knowledge of the Italian legal and administrative environment. My clients don't have to deal with language barriers or complicated communication with authorities and institutions — they can rely on me to clearly explain every document and every step of the process in their own language, and to personally represent and accompany them from the first viewing to the successful completion of the entire transaction.
